There is a private citizen's birthday party with a Fire Truck there, blocking the street, lights on. This is not an emergency event, it is for the children. This is not an appropriate use of taxpayer dollars. I know that firetrucks to go schools for public outreach, for a child's party with a handful of people, that is totally unacceptable and wasteful.

New construction driveway juts out into the alley, impeding my ability to move in and out through the alley without rolling over it. We have been following the court documents for development of the property. Originally the City had required a 4' setback/alley widening for new homes. The driveways of these homes not only are not 4' off the alley, the one at this address juts into the alley so much that it impedes my use of the alley. Thank you for your help!

This vacant property is not maintained by the developers that bought it to tear down the house and build condos. We can hear loud gatherings going on behind the house in the woods and vagrants leave garbage and beer cans everywhere. The back door is wide open - it is right now billowing open in the breeze. The owners do not care that they are creating/allowing such an unsafe condition.

Vandals frequent this vacant house/property. Garbage litters the entire wooded property and in the last 2 weeks someone put/left a mattress where they broke open the hot water heater cabinet, leaving all of the parts strewn around.

This property has sold to developers and vacant for nearly a year. The developers have taken little to no interest in doing any maintenance and it is a terrible eyesore. There is a dangerous open trench filled with standing water (6' long, 3' deep, 2' wide), countless overgrown bushes, garbage and an overall junky unkempt appearance. The only time they mowed was the last time the City forced them to. Unfortunately they also own the adjoining property/several wooded lots and have neglected it in the same manner. Something needs to be done. The area is dangerous and so ugly for the neighbors to have to endure month after month.

While walking my dog in the alley past this vacant (abandoned?) property, I heard a commotion in the back yard. Going back there I didn't see any people but the back glass doors of the house were swung wide open. Easy access for vagrants in the woods there.
