Big hole right on center line, then the crack between the blocks of concrete spanning both lanes needs to be filled again. Previous repairs have given way, sinking.

Several holes across both eastbound lanes. Large chucks of concrete, some as large as 10"x6"x6" are alongside the curb and in the grassy median. There is A LOT of debris, pieces of broken pavement, along a 20-30 section of the road. This will require several cubic feet of material to fill these large holes.

Pavement along old railroad tracks breaking apart causing long wide holes, impossible to drive over without hitting holes because the entire roadway, both east and westbound has crumbled next to the tracks.

Emergency repair needed. Large dangerous hole, looks like a previous repair collapsed because the hole is cut/squared off. approximately 20 inches long by 14 inches wide could not see the bottom to determine the depth. Disabled vehicle was already on the left side of the road. Please fix immediately. It is in the left lane exactly were vehicle tire would strike it hard.

On the east side of the Lesner Bridge, there are large (approximately 10 feet long X 8 inches wide) portions of missing pavement that are increasing in size. These have developed as a result of the lanes being shifted to accommodate construction the bridge. They are in both the east and westbound lanes. I have reported this before but nothing has been done. I believe they are very hazardous for motorcycles. They also are unavoidable for every car that approaches (westbound) or descends (eastbound) from the new bridge. Please give this the attention is deserves. The condition of Shore Drive in general needs to be looked at because there are several large potholes, especially on the westbound side, north lane, along the white shoulder line. Across from the 7-11, in front of CP Shuckers and two other locations in this short stretch of roadway.
