Traffic light problem Acknowledged2 Chestnut St Princeton NJ 08542, United States - Princeton
Traffic cycle skipped chestnut st green for at least two cycles despite presence of v large suv at front of line. Tempers rose. Eventually cars ran the red light.
On bike you never get a green here no matter what. We learned to usher the cats forward so the camera would acknowledge that someone (that is, a car) is waitingWay to be bicycle friendly.

Maintenance of parks Archived11 Lake Ln Princeton NJ 08540, United States - PrincetonThe tow path is in dire need of maintenance work. The exposed clay ground turns the path to mud after rain and you can't walk there. Bicycle tracks harden into ruts long after rain. The contrast between the state of the tow path in princeton and in Montgomery is harsh.

Near hit. Bicycle rider going north on Witherspoon through intersection with Wiggins, had to swerve sharply (and into pedestrian crossing) to avoid being hit by car making left turn from Witherspoon onto Wiggins . Nobody hit or hurt. Protagonists unknown to me. -

Obstacle course Archived100-158 Mt Lucas Rd Princeton, NJ, 08540, USA - Princeton North
Hurray! Someone built an exciting obstacle course on Mt Lucas Road. A few days ago it was just an 8" tree limb hanging a foot off the ground over the bike lane, but to add to the excitement and variety someone has kindly and creatively re-configured it to be large wood blocks hidden by leaves, turning the bike lane into a highly technical off road track! I tried to ride my bike over the heap a few times, but found I'm not athletic enough.
The bike lane has been blocked here for at least four days. Wonder what would happen if the obstacle course were built over the car lane?
