    The manhole covers are 2-4 inches above the road. This is extremely hazardous because cars are swerving to avoid them. We got a flat tire because of the manhole cover issue, and while we were pulled over, we were almost hit by a car that was trying to avoid a manhole cover. This is unacceptable. Fix the road, immediately, please!
