This property is an abandoned construction site. It has been sitting with no work done on the property for 2 years. The work that was done was done with no inspections. An architect was supposed to show up at the property but no one but workers have ever been there. The house is unfinished. The sidewalk in front of the property has been destroyed. People are falling trying to walk down the sidewalk. The grass is 4 foot high and there is junk on the property. Homeless people are living in the back. If anyone walks through the side yard be sure to wear boots because of snakes. PLEASE DO SOMETHING with this. There is no excuse for this property being abandoned. Gilbert who owns the property thinks he can do as he pleases and disses the city. No one is above the law.

This address has 4 buildings on it. There is someone there everyday working on remodeling this property. The buildings are full of rats. We have spent 3100.00 trying to get rid of the rats that have gotten into our house. The house to the right of 618 has also experienced the rat issues. There is a deerlick vehicle on the property with an expired tag. They keep moving in junk in the front property. You can see the porch is full of junk. The doors and frames in this picture were all torn out by some worker who comes late in the afternoon. There is no permit, no one checking the work he is doing. We have trapped over 20 rats inside our house. This is not fair to us. The more junk they add the more rats come. I tried talking to the guy working there after he piled a bunch of junk up against our fence and bowed the fence in. He said he would not move it and it was none of my business. The city of st petersburg prides itself on its neighboorhoods. But no one is doing anything about this property. We completely remodeled our property spending a large amount of money. We are asking the city to do something about this property please. Imagine being afraid at night to go to sleep that a rat will get in bed with you. Imagine trying to figure out how you are going to pay to have all of your duct work replaced because rats destroyed it so they could lay inside of it to stay cool. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

The condition of this alley is unacceptable, especially behind 606 15th St. N. It is like a dump. The alley is between 16th St and 15th st. The construction at 606 has been going on for over a year. Homeless people are sleeping in the open garage and using the property for a dump and a bathroom. There has been no effort to fence off the property to keep the homeless out and no one is cleaning up the mess.
Please send an investigator to examine the entire alley. It needs to be cleaned up by each of the property owners.

The trash has not been picked up in the alley behind the houses on from 5th Ave N to 9th Ave N and between 16th and 15th street for THREE WEEKS..... the contractors building the houses have roped off all of the dumpsters, we have no where to throw our trash. PLEASE DO SOMETHING

PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!!!!! We now have termites that have traveled from there to our house. It is going to cost us thousands of dollars to have our house and garage tented because this x!#xx will not do anything with this property and it is loaded with termites. This is not fair to the property owners on this street. We have been complaining about this now for 4 years for Gods sake do something Mr MAYOR

I live next door to this house, it took over 3 months for the city to get the owner of this home to do something about the huge tree limb on his roof. Yesterday he had two homeless guys remove it without a permit using a sawzall. This house is owned by a slum lord. He does zero maintenance to get the house up. The condition of the yard and house is appalling. I know there is a lien from the city on the house. Yesterday two homeless guys show up at the house with a sawzall and an extension cord whom he hired to cut off the tree limb. This limb was 24" in diameter. They stood on the ground cut off the limb with the sawzall which dropped off the roof and fell onto my fence and destroyed the fence. Pictures enclosed. Then they leave a note on my door step saying they were sorry. I am 67 years old, I don't have the money to replace a fence that is less then 2 years old because a cheap scape hired homeless people to take down a tree. the fence is a custom build and painted shadow box fence. There is no matching it and the way is was crushed it cannot be repaired. What am I supposed to do. To replace the fence just in that area is a $2000.00 hit. I do not understand how we have to suffer because the city let this guy go for months without doing anything. There are parts of the limb hanging partially off of the tree just waiting to fall on someone or something. Plus parts of the limb all over the roof.

The owner of this property has built their own handicap wheelchair ramp out of plywood which is extending onto the street and taking over two parking spaces. The parking on this street is very limited and with this ramp in the way we cannot park our vehicle in the street where it belongs. I have moved the ramp several times so I can park in front of my house. There is no reason why this should be allowed this is not a handicap parking space and the person using it does not even have a car. She just does not want to go down to the corner where there are built in ramps. Someone is constantly driving over this ramp. Please do something about this
