Addition to existing shed built without permits. In the attached photo there is a shed in the yard. The older half has wood siding, the new half has galvanized steel siding. The whole roof was redon while the new half was built. This should be visible and proveable using historical aerial maps as well.

    1. Failed retaining wall on east half of southern property boundary. An engineered/permitted retaining wall is required by code. (more than 2ft from base of footer and supporting surcharge of driveway and garage). Retaining wall has collapsed across boundary line onto neighboring lot to the south.

    2. Illicit stormwater connection. There is a direct discharge via corrugated drain pipe leading from the property and emerging in the ditch at the culvert located on the north side of the driveway.

    3. Non-commercial radio tower constructed 32inches from side of lot (within 15ft setback) and 20 feet from rear of lot (within 25ft setback). The structure is over-height. Structure was built without a permit. A permit is required for this construction. Concrete foundation is 2ft diameter (3.14sqft) which also exceeds maximum lot coverage on this non-conforming lot.

  • Murden Cove Bainbridge Island, WA, USA - Bainbridge Island
There has been a recent and significant landslide at this location. The large trees are 3’ and 6’ from the edge now. The pole utility lines and cables are growing through the tree branches, so seem to be an issue.
