There's a persistent drainage problem that leaves the roadway wet almost all of the time, worse in the winter. It regularly freezes, creating a large stretch of black ice on many mornings. Hoping this could be fixed before the coming winter

Last year, a tree fell and severely damaged the metal guard-rail on Ft. Ward hill on the ravine side.
It has been neglected. Please replaced the damaged section. As it exists, it's a safety issue and it looks horrible. Thank you.

Park Entrance Ahead sign is lying on the bank of the eastbound lane of High School Road across from the Filipino American Hall approaching the entrance to Strawberry Hill Park.

Addition to existing shed built without permits. In the attached photo there is a shed in the yard. The older half has wood siding, the new half has galvanized steel siding. The whole roof was redon while the new half was built. This should be visible and proveable using historical aerial maps as well.

More vehicles are being parked outside of the yard. None of these vehicles are operable and have been sitting, untouched, for many years. There is also a lot of fluid leakage from these vehicles in that area as well.

Blind Citizen At Risk! Requesting traffic count and speed check for increase in speeding vehicles on Ericksen Ave. NE. Would like to know if Ericksen Ave was included in the traffic study for two nearby large construction projects. Requesting mitigation of the dangers imposed on pedestrians, both sighted and blind, by the speeding vehicles proximity to sidewalks and mailboxes. Speed bumps and signage warning drivers of blind citizen needed.
