    Traffic leaving either the Dunkin or Starbucks side of the road are often at odds with each other and racing the perpendicular traffic which does not have a stop sign. Same for leaving the street by the medical center complex next to the baseball fields. Can a timed traffic light be installed? Traffic circle? There have been multiple MVC's in this area over the years.

    Trees lining Rogers road in front of Heritage Middle school need to be trimmed enough to improve visibility of traffic lights on the approach to the S. Franklin intersection. As it is now, you’re in the curve before you can see the lights.
