    There is a long , metal pipe and some old fencing at the Windsor ave playground. It was left there last year after the contractor installed a new fence . Can the Dpm remove the pole (the kids keep putting it in the street ) and old fencing ? Thanks so much .

    There is water bubbling out of a crack in the road. 50 ft up Banks Rd from Walker Rd. May be due to recent rain, but it's not a normal way to drain runoff. It may also be a real water main break. It's not too far from a gas or water shutoff, but it's not coming out of that.

    425 Essex Street Swampscott house has been having construction and no apparent permit - a shed was put up; windows change, toilet was taken out and most likely a lot more, it’s concerning if there are no permits and no town oversight. The construction keeps occurring at night on weekends and / or early morning - town should ensure proper permits have been pulled and work that’s done is legal and will not affect the pipes or any lines around the neighborhood.
