Someone must be getting paid under the counter.

    In this mornings commute (5:54am), a white vehicle stuck a huge deer and the deer went down into the ditch. I'm not sure if it's still alive or not. I seen it try to get up but fell back down. Going westbound on north side of Ygnacio Valley near Homestead.

    Garbage trucks are coming to empty dumpsters at 5:30AM nearly daily with multiple stops on this street every morning. The street cleaner comes up and down the road on Mondays sometimes as early as 4:30AM!
    this is a mixed residential/business area but trash trucks coming this early is unreasonable. This type of noise disturbance is more than just a nuisance, its a health hazard. There must be consequences to breaking city noise ordinances
