I’ve been woken up several times and my animals and newborn are terrified of the noise. I could understand for special occasions and all at once, but they will randomly shoot off anywhere between 10pm - 6am and multiple times a night any day of the week.

    Major Rat infestation on this property. Rats can be spotted throughout day time which is unusual, and and range in size from medium to large. On average, have seen 3-5 daily without really aggressively looking. Rampant activity especially near the side/back entrance of house. Rats seem to be going from food source ( maybe trash bins) directly into house (basement, cracks/holes in walls outside). Health concern for tenants and code violation.
