An order to Repair or Demolish should have been immediately posted at this property back in October when the other complaint against this property was filed here. In 6 months, NOTHING has changed at this property. It is dragging down the property values in the neighborhood and is a severe blight to all that pass by and have to live next to it. There are many other very visible code violations that also need corrected. For example: the flashing around the chimney is not even attached. Numerous areas need scraped and painted. There is junk strewn about the back yard. The top deck, in the back of the house, needs a railing. The front stairs need a hand rail. And, what is going on with the window on the side of the house??? This is a layup for the folks down at the building department. What’s going on??
