there is a white truck and white benz belonging to people that live at that address. It has been 6 months.

There are no speed limit signs posted on the east bound side of Pawtucket Blvd starting at the Lowell Water Works building all the way to the Rourke Bridge. What is the speed limit along this stretch of the road.
The west bound side has two speed limit signs showing limit of 45 mph. One located at the bowling alley and the other at 815 Pawtucket Blvd. There is also a trailer this week which shows your current speed and the limit at 45 mph located just before the right hand turn for Clyde St. There is a 40 mph speed limit sign posted just before the right hand turn into Wedgewood Circle (1001 Pawtucket Blvd)
Why no posted speed limits signs of the east bound side and what is the speed limit on this stretch of road?

The flag right at the corner of Varnum and Mammoth is very frayed and torn and I see this is disrespectful and thought maybe you might want to consider replacing it?

turned house into 2 family under the cover of "inlaw" didn't go to ZBA as all inlaw additions should. In a sea of single family houses this is now a 2 family that looks nothing like anything else for miles. They told neighbors that they are adding 2nd driveway off side street as well.

it has junk on the side walk and the weeds are outgrown making it hard to walk on the side walk.

Is it possible to make the pedestrian crosswalk light more responsive to those looking to cross this intersection? I walk/bike across this road 2x a day and sometimes can be waiting up to 4-5 minutes for the crosswalk light. Traffic light should switch sooner after pushing crosswalk button. Pedestrian and bikers cross the street unsafely because they need to catch train.

Previously patched potholes need repairs again please

Previously patched potholes have collapsed again near the Post Office Box

There are two portholes right from the beginning of Warwick St and Liberty ST. There are many more portholes a long the Liberty St.

Outside of 977 Westford Street there are two medium sized potholes at the entrance of Pratt Avenue.

Driver of car is the only adult resident of 15 Rockingham 1st floor st Lowell ma as stated on the lease. Claims she doesn't own car.

There are many potholes between 205 and 206 Pratt Ave in the back of the road before the parking spots.

There is a medium-sized pothole on Pratt Ave in the area between 977 Westford Street and 206-205 Pratt Ave, Lowell MA.

This large pothole is on the same side as 24 Harland Ave. Please fix it!

near 34 Newhall Street driveway / on Crosby Street - potholes in road and just before turning into condo parking lot.

Street light in front of 51 Holyrood is not working properly.
It flickers on and off.
