    Street light between houses 620 & 624 buzzes and rattles very noisily. Can be heard within nearby houses. Concerned about safety as well as noise .

    Streetlight bulb has burnt out and been replaced within the past year or two and the buzzing did not stop.

    A water main break occurred on the 600 block of 10th Street this morning. The City crew had been in the area repairing a sewer service that collapsed at the recent break site due to the shifting of the ground as the frost comes out. This location is common trench with the sewer main located 2ft below the water main; despite best efforts the water main was clipped and now requires a repair.

    The crew is on site and Yellow door knocker/hangers were delivered to impacted residents to formally note that the block will be on a drinking water advisory until green door knockers are delivered to rescinded the DWA.

    City of Humboldt Public Work Utilities will be repairing a Water Main Break on Tuesday March 12 and Wednesday March 13 at the north side of 8th Avenue (#5 Highway east) and 1st Street. Please drive with caution and obey all road signage in the area.

    I was to react on 5th Ave and 13th today and the owners have pushed all their snow from around the car wash and other buildings onto the city bullard. It is blocking traffic vision at all intersections around the building and exiting the car wash . Should the owner not be responsible to remove there own snow not just push it all to the curbs in giant piles?
