    There are 2 small dogs in this home. They are left on the back deck of the home to go to the bathroom, they are not taken for walks, or put down in the grass to us the bathroom. They do not have water out there and are left sometimes for hours, today is Saturday 9/2 and they have been out there all morning. They are panting and scratching at the back door to be let in, they are also barking, they bark sometimes constantly day and or night.
    Although they look to be healthy, it is awful to see and listen to the barking all the time.
    We would like them to be reminded of proper care for the dogs, exercise necessity and barking laws.

    Neighbors garage is falling apart. Roof is caved in and walls are starting to crumble. This is on my property line and I'm afraid it's going to damage my property when it finally goes. There were lights inside at one point so there still could be live electrical as well. The entire upkeep of her property is deplorable.

    There are overgrown bushes that block the sightline looking down Hampden Street for oncoming traffic. It is necessary to pull out onto Hampden Street in order to see.

    Dumping of couch parts on sidewalk at burned house; dumping of car parts inside fence of burned house. Overgrown grass and weeds on tree belt and property. No clearing of property from fire back in March 2023. Anticipating a winter of no one clearing sidewalk here, too. This shouldn't just be left to further deteriorate the neighborhood.

    Holyoke, please take care of our Trees. Sidewalks are unwalkable and unpassable with all the neglected trees. Branches need to be trimmed and pruned regularly. They haven't been done in years. Its sad to see broken branches and limbs by peoples just snapping with hands. Just take a walk anywhere within a 3 mile radius of CityHall and you will see a vast majority of trees with damaged limbs, low branches, overgrowth, etc....its really sad
