    There is a large sign that says " NO SOLICITING" on the lamp post. Yet every single day its over 65 degrees there is people soliciting for donations in this very spot, not caring about the sign. The sign is useless because its never enforced.
    There are teams of pan handlers in the summer time at this spot, and next to the panera bread entrance, and around the area in general that are not indeed homeless but pool the money. Its a total disgrace to customers and citizens.

    The city needs to fix this. When people see pan handlers everywhere in this parking lot, thats when seedy folks start to notice noone cares and deal drugs and other bad stuff in the parking lots.

    Or maybe North Attleborough is a truly impoverished city and it is indeed that bad.

    Please get rid of the drug addicts hanging out in this area.

    There's a recurring pothole at the beginning of E Ridge Rd. Combined with the raised manhole, it's really bumpy coming into the street. The manhole may not be able to be fixed, but the pothole is big and could damage a car's wheel/suspension.

    Not exactly illegal dumping, but I couldn't find a more appropriate category for reporting this. Since the last tenants moved out, this mess has been piled up next to the house adjacent to the First United Methodist Church. With all the rat problems in town, it seems like only a matter of time before rodents make themselves at home, if they haven't already. I realize the church doesn't have a lot of resources and I'm not trying to be nasty, but this is pretty bad. There is a dumpster that belongs to the church- can't they get rid of at least some of this?
