The dog is a guard dog for the tent set up next to it. Pitbull / Shepard mix, tan and back shorthair. Big dog. Right next to a pathway where people walk and will lunge at anyone nearby that isn't it's owner. Has been there for at least 72 hours.

There is an encampment here taking up the entire sidewalk. I typically don't mind but there is shattered glass in the sidewalk and in the road and the last 2 occasions when I passed people were smoking crack and then started getting physically violent.

Street lights on this entire block are not turning on at night. Traffic signals are on, not street lights. This was first noticed on 4/13/2024.

There is a large pothole on the corner of 25th Ave and International, at the stop light. It is a safety hazard since cars swerve into on coming traffic to avoid it.
