Basin Street has old (unused) rail tracks on it and there are LARGE spaces beside some of the rails. Mostly close to the exit from the new FedEx building. Can someone go and put asphalt around the rails as necessary. Thank you

There is a pot hole on the WEST side of Victoria Street opposite #215. It is right beside the streetcar tracks and is VERY dangerous as a cyclist or motor bike could get a wheel stuck in it. Please have it filled and made safe.

There is a SUNKEN MANHOLE cover right in middle of PEDESTRIAN CROSSWALK on Jarvis Street (west side) just south of Richmond St E. Can it be properly fixed, please? (The City have tried putting asphalt around it butt it soon gets scraped off. - time fora permanent fix!

There is a SUNK UTILITY CUT on Front Street East (south side) immediately WEST of Scott Street. Can it please be filled?

The BRICK CROSSWALK at MARKET & THE ESPLANADE (North side) is dangerous. Many of the bricks move and it's uneven. The bricks need to be lifted and relaid properly. This is a busy area and it is dangerous. It was fixed a few years ago but clearly not properly and it's getting worse.

There is a pothole (or area of deteriorated asphalt) on WEST side of George St S. Opposite Taylors Wharf lane. A few weeks ago the City painted it orange. Good idea but the paint has now all faded or been washed away. Time to repair it, PLEASE!

Several potholes and very rough road surface in the curb lane beside the bus stop. Please install a concrete pad.

There is a UTILITY CUT (about 12 inches x 12 inches) on the SOUTH sidewalk of Adelaide Street East OPPOSITE #110 Adelaide St East. It is REALLY dangerous as it is about 4 inches deep and right in middle of sidewalk. It looks like a WATER shut-off but ???

Enbridge were installing a replacement gas service outside the Metro grocery store at 92 Front St E about a month ago. Their utility cut is VERY poorly done and is a trip hazard. Can the City get them back to fix it>

There are TWO areas of "sunken sidewalk" on north sidewalk of Temperance Street just east of Bay Street. At least, they need orange cones but better to fill them in. Looks like a truck was on sidewalk and it sank. Pedestrain trip hazard

Pothole (utility cut!) on SOUTH SIDEWALK - opposite 110 Adelaide St E. There is a dangerous square hole on south sidewalk - made by saw cuts. It is about 2 onches deep and a real trip hazard. Totally unfilled with asphalt. Can someone "do something"? Thanks

There is a pothole on MORSE STREET just where it meets Lake Shore Blvd and the cycle track (north side). This pothole appears every year and, after a complaint, it is fixed. IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED PROPERLY so that it does not simply come back the next year.
