    On the path behind Agnes Scott College, onto city of Decatur land between East Davis and Green Street. The center pillar is down on the path, which is an extremely dangerous condition as we have in the past seen vehicles mistakenly come down this road when the pillars have been in disrepair. Only six months ago a van with a drunk driver came all the way down and hit one almost running up in our driveway and hitting our car and property as well as we are adjacent. I am copying our attorneys on this report because it is a dangerous situation not only to walkers on the path but to our property. If we do not receive a prompt fix to this ongoing issue, I will have my attorney reach out.

    2) On Saturday mornings at 0700 AM Lawn Maintainence arrives and uses loud blowers, mowers and edgers averaging over 80 decibels for 2 hours within 50 feet of a multi family dwelling.
