There is chemical smells and rotten food smells that come into my house with or without the window open. They also put the trash cans on the grass up against my house sometimes and move it later on. Their trash cans are not in the rear of the property.

    28362 Essex has an animal sanctuary living in the garage as I was walking my dog again last night and a couple days before that there are cats and rats out of that garage. When I was walking down the that there is an area The creatures are going inside the house. I go for a walk almost daily and sometimes with my dog and I find it very disturbing.

    The other issue I have 28441 Essex. The garage door is totally discombobulated. This is another way to harbor animals to have a place to live. What’s up with that? Why is the street being ignored? I won’t even walk my dog down the street anymore. It seems like nobody cares.

    Someone is letting their child speed a motorized bike down the neighborhood roads. It is load and obnoxious day after day. They also let their child and their children's friends ride lawn mowers down the streets.
