    Rental property continues to have a mattress that has yet to be properly disposed of by landlord. No fine appears to have been levied to the landlord so far despite a violation of 310 CMR 19.000. Mattress likely to be damp given the recent weather.

    The seaport has an issue with extremely LOUD cars. They must gather Friday and Saturday night, race around the streets, then accelerate at unsafe speeds onto 93 North around 9:30 pm. Start giving some speeding/sound tickets ASAP.
