    Residents and visitors to Cedar Ridge Ct were setting off fireworks in the court from ~9-10 PM on July 4th. Not sure if legal or not, but several very loud bangs, lots of noise and this morning there is debris all over the center of the court, and smoke/burn marks on the asphalt. I also have debris in my yard, which is concerning, as clearly fireworks materials were sent a distance and could have started a fire.

This neighborhood even organized the event and asked for donations. What is their HOA doing about it? What is the city doing about it? Multiple See if Fix it request made on this app. Multiple people have reported it to the Folsom PD and even on FB yet the careless activity continued and will likely continue next year. What was done when to clear this request?? WHY MUST WE WAIT UNTIL SOMETHING HORRIBLE HAPPENS? Horrible that we have to fear for our property and children's safety over reckless and inconsiderate actions of others.
