    The town of Gilbert came out to my residence to fix a leak at the meter Turns out it was a bigger job than they could handle We were told that they'd installed a turn off valve and that we were to hire someone to fix it, then the town would reimburse I have plumbers at my house RIGHT NOW (Friday 4/19 at 9:30) and THERE IS NO SHUT OFF VALVE My plumbers are wanting to do the work - and are concerned about a water blowout since there's no way to shut off the water from the street In order to repair, the water to the street will need to be shut off Unfortunately it is Friday and the utility offices are closed Is there not an emergency line? Is there not a utilities person on standby to resolve this asap??!! You are costing yourselves way more money due to not being available If anyone sees this today, please send someone out to my home to resolve with my contractor/plumber. Feel free to call us for further info

    The recharge area behind our home is not provided ample time to dry out. This causes an abundance of mosquitoes and mid flies. What can be done about this?

    We have used Gilbert 311 several times in the past but I've not seen any results of this issue being corrected.

    I would like to have somebody from the city of Gilbert contact us not just the simple it's been acknowledged cuz that is not getting this issue resolved.
