    14 homeless people sprawled out at the flag area by the post office today. Nice temps out, many with no shirts on. 4 were fighting when I was parked nearby. Urine collection jug, animals not on leash, screaming and yelling, openly drinking while tourists walk by. It's extremely uncomfortable to just run errands downtown. DO SOMETHING.

    A section of the barrier separating the bike path from the side walk was broken back in January, it was reported to SCF January 6th, and again in February and in March. It’s been over three months since it was brought to the city’s attention and still has not been repaired.
