My son was playing on the climbing rope pyramid and one of the ropes came off and the metal end hit him in the head.

City sign directing foot traffic is backwards. It directs visitors toward pickering wharf and downtown for the House of Seven Gables, and points toward the willows, directing tourists to downtown shops amd restaurants

Pressure sensor plate for the traffic light on the corner of Congress and Derby (facing the Hawthorne with the garage on your left) does not work; the light will not change to green unless there is a car coming from the opposite direction.

Multiple large dead branches over hanging the street and sidewalks. Pieces of the tree keep falling hitting parked vehicles and traveling vehicles on roadway. Hazardous to pedestrians and the passerby’s. Please remove dead pieces thank you!

Tree in front of this house was planted last year, and it's leaning toward the street. It's either top heavy, or not well rooted. The tree moves even more when it's windy.

These dirty sweatpants have been on the sidewalk for weeks.

Do we think this is dead yet 2 years of health inspections.

Manhole cover is loose and makes a loud clank every time a car goes over it.

How long does it take to go to Home Depot, buy two bags of concrete and fix it?

To the complainer about Howling Wolf not having parking. They don't have parking because the parking lot is residential only. They have two spots, one for their catering van, the other for the GM.

Consider the hassle the residents have to go through navigating where to park when some load pulls into their spot for a taco.

Green light is out going toward Marblehead; traffic is backing up.
