Tree branches appear to have been hit and taken off by vehicle.

Road/sidewalk work was done last year; sidewalk in front of home is uneven in places.

One way/do not enter sign near island is too faded to read. Can a new one be posted at a lower point for better visibility?

Both sides of Walter Street between Osborne and Harris would benefit greatly from the addition of appropriately spaced new trees. That stretch is barren when compared to the rest of the street. There are also a few other holes elsewhere on Walter that could use trees. Just putting it out there! Thank you.

Roofers have refused to prevent large pieces of plastic from dispersing in the wind. The trees surrounding the apartment building have been littered with large plastic bags for days. A complaint was lodged with the Sofi property managers but there was no response and the issue persists, with more trash being dumped onto the parking lot.

Please make this so someone in a wheelchair can get by. Thank you!

Every day a small yellow Salem school bus cuts through Greenway to Wilson st from Highland Ave. Traffic back's up behind the bus on highland while the bus tries to take the left down Greenway, then zips though the neighborhood on its way to Wilson st. There are signs saying no through traffic.

I logged into the parking app and a screen popped up for me to create an account. I assumed it was the parking app so I entered all my info plus my credit card and my card was charged. Then I was sent to the Passport app to create a new account add all my info and parking spot and credit card. So the first pop up was a scam. My bank declined it thankfully - the website is www.nedshelp.com
So I think your parking program has been tainted by this website because it immediately requested my info without identifying itself, charged my account a fee AND THEN sent me to the parking passport ap.

Resident called and said that their sewage is not going into the sewage system and there was work being done by city workers right in front of the house and that this may have something to do with the work that they did. He is asking that the city send someone to check on the sewer line. I advised to speak to the plumber or neighbors if they have similar issue.
