    Driver of City vehicle, dump truck, driving wrecklessly and speeding, in excess of 45 mph. Vehicle license plate G51528. Resident slowed down when turning onto Rico forcing truck to slow down. The dump truck followed the resident into the high school parking lot and parked there, the employee then went inside the building.

THE CALLER WAS CONCERNED BECAUSE NOW DEAD ANIMALS ARE SHOWING UP (ONE ON HER PORCH & ANIMAL CONTROL IS ALREADY AWARE) BUT SHE IS CONCERNED THAT THE ANIMALS ARE GETTING IN THE TRASH BEING LEFT OUT AND EATING A POISONOUS SUBSTANCE.
