Potholes AcknowledgedSouthgate Apartments Richmond, Virginia - Broad RockSouthgate Apartments. To access this complex residents have to go into a city alley from Maury to get to their parking and to their apartment. Huge potholes for over 300 yards make it difficult to access. The other access to the apartments is from Holly Springs Ave. but that alley has the same problem. (potholes). See attached survey with the two public alleys shown in yellow.

Pothole Acknowledged501-503 North 25th Street Richmond, Virginia - Church HillIn the northbound lane of 25th (just beyond Clay & 25th intersection), there is a hole/pothole in the asphalt. You can look into the hole...possibly to the depth of 1 foot, but hard to tell. Appears that the area surrounding the open hole may be compromised too.Could be pretty treacherous for cars/bikes/pedestrians if it all completely gives way.
