Normally only 2-3 vehicles can make the light at a time and I believe before it let more vehicles than it does now. People are so used to it being longer and so they regularly run the red light.

For the past week or longer there's been several bags of trash sitting on the front lawn, along with a stove. There's also a big pile of brush sitting at the edge of the street. This creates an invitation for mice and racoons to ripe open the bags of trash.
Also, they haven't cut the grass in who knows how long.
