    Hello. I am deeply concerned that this town does not have a leash law for dogs. I don't feel safe in my neighborhood when i am walking my leashed dogs and unleashed dogs can approach my dogs. In a few instances, the owners of the unleashed dogs do not have control over their dogs. By the time I could contact animal control and they would arrive, unfortunately the situation may be too late. This has an impact on my quality of life in this town.

    There is a dog at this property that barks all the time . it is very loud bark and goes on sometimes past midnight . the owner leave the dog outside all the time in all kind of weather . its outside all day in the winter when its freezing cold and windy . when that happens you can tell the dog is sufferring as his bark almost sound like ots crying . the owners dont seem to care about the dog . they should give it to someone who does . thank you for reading this and any help you can offer . its just that it stinks when you cant even get decent sleep because of people who dont care about their dog . the house is grey with white trim . fenced in yard .and is 43 booth road .there are seveal cars and a big white sort of moving van . they are very inconsiderate neighbors .

    There is a dog at 34 booth road in enfield .. This dog barks constantly from early morning til late into the evening . last night it was barking past 10.00. It is barking right now . also this dog has a very loud bark . I mean the barking goes on constantly . the people who own it dont seem to care about the dog they leave it outside all the time .Rain ,snow ,freezing cold ,and blistering heat . that is why it baks i think . but we have absolutely no peace here . we cant sleep at night . forget about an afternoon nap . and if we have a barbeque . the barking is constant and very loud . what can be done about this .l

    The stop light at montano rd and enfield st is very inconsistent when it comes to recognizing a car is waiting either coming out of montano rd or from the Dunkin Donut’s parking lot. Sometimes it recognizes you and changes to green within a minute. Sometimes it takes up to 4-5 minutes for a car to be recognized to change the light. It’s very frustrating when trying to turn left out of each direction. Is there anyway to turn up for fix it’s sensitivity? Thanks!
