    Had this thought..... why don't you guys do something like this for this interchange? By having this it would eliminate the left turns for people turning onto the interstate.... which would decrease the amount of congestion on 31st street. The blue ramp would still merge and the red would have an auxiliary lane that would take you to Exit 342
