    This is at the corner of Helen Benson Blvd and Carley Commons Lane in the Summers Walk neighborhood. We just moved in and this area does not drain properly after heavy rain. There appears to be a dip in the sidewalk, and it does not run off into the street. It leaves behind a lot of mud for me to clean up over and over again. Hoping it can be addressed to drain properly.
