Caller advised the home at the location 9125 E Palm Tree Dr. is being renovated and the trucks dumped a large amount of dirt in the street which takes a full lane of traffic on the street in front of the house. Caller believes it is a hazard because there are no street lights in the area and they only put out cones.

Caller advised a white Toyota, Avalon parked in front of school since Friday 4/19/24, unmoved. Caller advised license plate 6RA2PB, AZ which showed no TPD interest through CAD.

Marty is reporting that there is tree that has broken Braches but have not fallen yet. He mentioned that one of the branches are dangling over his mailbox and some over the street.

Caller wanted to report an abandoned vehicle that's been in front of their apartment complex since the end of December. Caller stated that it has not moved at all but appears to be in decent condition.

Caller is reporting that there is a one pothole that is becoming bigger. She stated that you would have to swerve or move out the lane in order to avoid it.
