We have standing water in the gutters in front of and around 2518 Chester St. We are very concerned with potential mosquito growth. The water from the sumpumps does not drain down the block to the storm drain.

Would the city consider removing one additional parking space to increase visibility and safety? As it stands now you have the front half of your vehicle in the street to see more than 10 ft to the east. Thank you.
