There are handicap parking spots marked off, but no way for a wheelchair to cross to access the park. There use to be a bridge here along time ago, but it was never replaced.

    Water has started coming from the road or business at the top of the hill. The water comes in our back yard and floods the entire yard. The water did not always look like a water fall or fill the whole yard(3 inches deep of water) it’s damaging our foundation. Maybe one of the drains from the road or business is stopped up. If we let it go to much longer our house insurance will have to be informed

    There are numerous potholes throughout this apartment complex. In the parking lot approaching building 140 the potholes are so big my car got stuck spinning trying to leave out. The owners will not fix the potholes and this is very dangerous to vehicles. Can someone please have this fixed or reach out to Wilkins.
