There are handicap parking spots marked off, but no way for a wheelchair to cross to access the park. There use to be a bridge here along time ago, but it was never replaced.

The water did not always look like a water fall or fill the whole yard(3 inches deep of water) it’s damaging our foundation. Maybe one of the drains from the road or business is stopped up. If we let it go to much longer our house insurance will have to be informed
