neighbors cleaning their yard and throwing everything onto the property. they have also taken a piece of the owners property

I could attach more pictures of 1st St if requested because the whole street is basically a pothole camp, and not small ones. It's embarrassing. Not sure where all the taxes we pay go. The city should be responsible for all the damage our cars have due to the poor roads.
