    This neighbor parks both his work vehicles in the street to where people cannot back out of the driveway safely and I almost got hit as you can see the truck and trailer are right on the corner and you cannot see the cars coming up from the dead-end of hornbeam until you are way out past the stop sign and in the middle of the road. Emergency vehicle could not get to the house at 5302 Hornbeam Rd. On 6/25/22 and had to go tell them to move the trucks. this is an everyday problem and needs to be handled quickly. Had someone to come fix something at my parents' house and the guy had to park going around the curve on hornbeam rd and walk to the house with all the equipment to fix something as he could not park with his truck and trailer.
