Trash service broke wheel off of cart.

Recycle cart needs repair, wheel coming off and lid cracked.

On pedestrian bridge closest to Chimnyrock Elementary School in Fletcher Creek Park, gang symbols again have been written on bridge and sidewalk.

In Fletcher Creek Park on pedestrian bridge nearest Chimneyrock School, bridge and sidewalk has been tagged with PROC , several symbols, and on sidewalk a drawing of a monkey head.

Damage was caused by waste service with pick up of recycle cart, left a deep gouge in curb side grass approximately 18 inches in depth and 6 inches in width.

Rear of house, a tree has been allowed to grow wild next to a telephone pole that houses a transformer. The tree has now reached the transformer and limbs surround the transformer. My concern is that sooner or later the transformer will blow. This tree has never been trimmed when MLGW has trimmed others in the same area.

Back of our yard has an MLGW pole with a transformer installed. The neighbor's wild growing tree has now reached the transformer. When tree cutters were here last year trimming the right of way they did not trim this tree at all. Because of its location it should be completely removed. I have tried to contact MLGW directly on this issue with no response. My concern is a blown transformer and the related outages/. photo attached

Traffic lights at intersection of Walnut Grove and Germantown Parkway were on flashing red during this morning's rush hour. This intersection has actually 6 traffic patterns to handle traffic. There was no MPD police or PST technicians or anyone working on the lights. The back-up extended from before Cordova Road heading south and was stop and go one vehicle at a time. This lack of service from the city on traffic issues is outrageous and completely avoidable with some common sense. It took 53 minutes to travel from Chimneyrock to Wolf River, a normal 15 minute trip.
