    Last post thread was closed as resolved however residents at this complex continue dumping junk on the city right of way. The sign still exist and there have been no changes. Please note the prior history of this habitual problem.

    The cycle continues with no resolution. I don't know what it will take to get action on this. These condos continually dump their junk on the side of the street. I've lived here since 1978 and this was not allowed. About 7 years ago it started and no one addressed it. The complex does nothing and it is left to home owners along 60th Avenue to have it picked up. All you do is route this and close it. What do we do to have this stopped?

    Please see 22-00006457 along with all of the other complaints for this location. The dumping continues. Broken glass, toilet, mattresses and so much more. once again all left to the home owners along this street to take action. This cycle never ends.

    Lake Coronada is in need of cleaning. the stormwater runoff dumps garbage which is harming our wildlife. I think there have been about 15 requests to clean this lake over the past 5 or so years. They always get "assigned" and closed but no one ever follows up or takes action.

    Our yards along 60th Avenue South are eroding into Lake Coronada. they have become uneven and unsafe.

    Please check out this area at night! On 7/29 travelling northbound, panhandlers approaching vehicles IN front of the vehicles. There were 2 at 6:45 PM and then on my way home at 10:30 PM, there were about ten of them, 5-7 of which were literally in the road (US19) aggressively asking for money. It is very frightening for a female, especially when so many approach a car at once!

    Pan handlers standing in the middle of the on ramp to the interstate this morning around 10:00 AM. She started out at the Walgreens parking lot and then moved to the on ramp.

    This retention pond is overgrown with vegetation and rubbish. Since the stormwater changes were added to this pond/lake, vegetation and rubbish moves to this corner and collect. Over the past several years there us so much build up that water no longer freely flows. This needs more than just stopping by to pick out garbage, this corner needs to be dredged.

    this is the man hole in the front yard. Water keeps coming out of it. It is gurgling. There is also a gurgling sound inside our house.
