Two streetlights have failed in the mode where the white-light phosphor is missing and the raw electric purple LED emitter is exposed.

This has occurred in other locations, and the city should confirm which model/vendor has this problem and check other installations.

Where AARR has disconnected rail sidings near Main St. and Felch St., tons of trash and broken camping gear are strewn around. Is some enforcement with WATCO possible?

There's a definite increase in the volume of water gushing from the driveway at 531 N. Main St., so that it is now spilling across Felch St. and creating a hazard with poor traction on the steep pavement for drivers trying to turn onto Main.

This issue has already been reported, weeks ago. Is the responsibility is with the Water Dept., or an enforcement issue with the rental management company Eladott?

The city road-closure website states that lanes would be blocked at this intersection beginning Sept. 15th, and many orange detour signs have been laid out on surrounding curbsides indicating this. A week later no work has started.

Could the city coordinate with the contractor to determine what dates this work will actually occur, and update the public announcements?

Both pedestrian signals on the northeast corner are smashed (turning truck?) Lower enclosure is dangling from its still-live electric wires.

Catch basins installed with First & Kingsley repaving seem to clog too easily. Ponding water impairs the usefulness of new bicycle and pedestrian paths.

Another set of forgotten detour signs which are outdated and confusing. I'm not sure if this was connected to the Chapin/Huron signal replacement, but here the sign company seems to be "Poco."

First Street detour signs should be removed now that work is complete. "Spartan" is company name on signs.

Storms overwhelmed the silt fencing around the Miller& Ashley condo construction. Mud and gravel are washing downhill and left a sandbar in the First St. wheelchair ramp. Fencing is still down, crew on site ignoring.

Motorists going west on Beakes reach Main at an angle and drive straight through, mentally not registering they are making a left turn and need to yield to pedestrians in the crosswalk. It would be good to add a reminder to yield sign alongside the signal lights. (WIll motorists get even more distracted if Kingsley west of Main becomes two-way traffic?)

There is some kind of noisy motor/pump/generator operating here around the clock, i.e. outside the weekday 7AM to 8PM window for construction noise. I'm not sure why this is needed as there is electric service to the construction site. Does Ann Arbor's "anti-idling ordinance" apply to construction sites?

Construction vehicles from the Kingsley Condos project are tracking large amounts of mud into the surrounding streets. Felch, Ashley, Kingsley and First are affected.
