One of the bolts holding the sign on Corne St at the southwest corner of Pelham and Corne is missing and the sign is hanging not fully supported. h

At the intersection of Corne and Mill streets, there is a big pot hole that needs repair. It is actually on Corne street as you turn onto Mill

Across the street from my house are two large trees which have dead limbs that should be removed. If they broke off and fell, there could be damage to people or property. The two trees are basically on the street. They are located in a park area that house the Benedict Arnold grave site.

On Pelham St in front of the Benedict Arnold grave Sue, there are two chestnut tress. One of which has some dead limbs which look that it could break off and potentially harm someone or property. The dead limbs should be cut down.

The Pelham street name sign at the corner or Pelham and Corne streets is bent and the bracket that holds it is broken. It appears that a truck may have hit it.

Sometime ago, Corne St between Prospect Hill and Mill Streets was listed to be resurfaced. Is Corne st still on the list and when will it be resurfaced? It is in not too good a shape.

The sign for resident parking located on Corne st between Pelham and Prospect Hill streets ndicates that restricted parking is from May 1 thru Oct 1. I was under the understanding that the end date is Oct 31. Please correct if my understanding is correct.

The gas street light outside of house at 86A Pelham is broken. It does not have the top on it and this has been out for some time. I could not find a pole number on it.
