Speeding & Traffic Concerns Öffnen333 Charles Street Coatesville, Pennsylvania - CoatesvilleI live on the 300 block of Charles street and dirt bikes and 4 wheelers that are unlicensed go up and down the street and even in the park.The police have been notified and to my understanding they are shrugging their shoulders.I'm going to give them some help they are riding these death traps between 3 and 6 pm. What is going to take to get this to stop. Them killing a child or them selves. Then it's going to be to late. The police department has a week to rectify this before I go to the paper and let them know of lack of concern for the residents of Charles street.
