Very deep pit in backyard dug out for a new foundation. No efforts are being made to secure it. The broken down fence that bordered my property that we have tried to shore up has many more pieces missing from them backing the heavy equipment into it. An animal or person cutting through is gonna fall in. The plastic netting falls over daily. There is an elementary school on the street so lots of pedestrian traffic.

Stop work order issued by city. Yesterday after 3 and today at exactly 7AM they are outside slamming things around.

The meter pole appears detached. You can move the meter with your hands.

Bench so high feet don’t touch the ground when an adult sits there.

The street appears to be crumbling here maybe from cars parking on the sidewalk or plows trying to plow the sidewalk...not sure but it is the entire length of the park and chunks of asphalt are on the walkway inside the park as well.

If you follow the crossing lights, you have a 100% chance of getting stranded on the island which is unsafe. There is no button to activate the signal.

Yellow light is burned out on the light facing Park St (coming up from the Fellsway).

Walk light is timed to strand pedestrians in the middle of the intersection with only a small island. Very unsafe.

Garfield Ave is riddled with potholes that are filled without being fully stamped down and then open right back up. The street really just needs repaving.

Drain is blocked underground. Efforts to clear from top have not helped.

Dogs are consistently being let out of cars to run off leash in Hickey Park from Brogan St near the outfield of the baseball field. Can we possibly get a sign that says no off leash dogs there? Maybe even signs that direct people to the actual dog park? Making it impossible to walk my on leash dog. And with the parks program happening there dogs really shouldn’t be off leash running between the equipment the city provided while they are eating lunch.

Our bulk items were not picked up. Don’t really want to put them back in my yard for two more weeks. Office closes at 5...making it hard to set up and harder to call when they miss. They said I could do it online, but that didn’t appear to work as items are still here.

People are supposed to walk on the left side of the fence. Not only is it unshoveled, but there are several piles of snow that have been added to the sidewalk making its use impossible. The most populated elementary school in the city is on this street. Lots of people walk here.

This sidewalk panel is an extremely dangerous situation. People have tripped here multiple times. There is a hole with tons of cracks and also what looks like the remaining parts of maybe an old fire pull station. Please address this before winter and someone is seriously hurt. It has been addressed previously over the years with an orange cone. This is not a solution. Thanks.

There is a approximately four foot hole in the street where a tree stump was removed some months ago.

The sidewalk built to allow for cars on the "parking platform" is not only not shoveled, but snow cleared from the cars seems to have been piled there as well.
