    Traffic backup between 7a-8a M-F on Carl T Jones at Garth. Recommend reprogramming the light to allow more time to CTJ traffic. Every morning there will be more than 100 cars backed up on CTJ but only 8-10 on Garth. I recommend letting Garth traffic wait another 30 seconds to a minute to allow more CTJ traffic to flow. It would help a lot with the morning commute. Same for evening traffic between 4-6p.
