    I appreciate that this is neat and tidy, but someone left their unwanted belongings at the end of Oak Street by the pocket park. It's not the first time this has happened and it would be great for it not to become a habit.

    The culverts are about 50percent blocked by accumulated shell fish and barnacles. This is leading once again to stagnant water in lagoon three. since the lagoon seem to be getting lowered and refilled more often than usual, is there any plan to clear out the water pipes under Otis??

    Five shopping carts filled with stuff were abandoned by unsheltered man who was living in the bushes on Otis. They have been moved to the sidewalk for removal and return of carts to TJ, Safeway etc.

    The water culverts at the end of lagoon 3 are over 50% blocked with barnacles and shellfish. This makes the poor water flow even worse, causing unsafe and ugly water quality in that location.

    I don't understand why these were not cleared out when this exact spot was dredged two years ago. What a missed opportunity!

    Please advise what the maintenance schedule is for these important water pipes.

    garbage dumped on Otis across from Wells Fargo starting to fly into the lagoon. two garbage cans used to be on Otis drive but they have been removed.
