    Various construction related damage to road surface over the past year on Rogers Street due to the work at 1 Rogers St between 1st st and Land Blvd. the street has really been abused by the extra heavy weight traffic from the construction related vehicles, and these potholes are example of either poorly or temporarily filled potholes because the asphalt is spongy when walked on likely isn’t safe or long lasting. Is Commodore Builders or Alexandria being made or repair the street when their over due work is completed?

    This snow berm on the corner of Rogers Street and Land Blvd (DCR I know) is obstructing site lines for vehicles exiting Rogers on to Land Blvd. Drivers cannot see on coming traffic to safely merge onto Land from Rogers.

    A large portable construction "work zone" sign appears abandoned on our property. It has been there for about a week, and has fallen over. It is at the corner of Binney and First Streets, and should be removed.

    The trees along Rogers St between Land Blvd and First St are touching the building (River Court Condominium) in several places, and need to be pruned. A couple of residents have complained that the tree limbs are too close to their windows. Thank you!

    Last week a new streetlight was installed at the corner of Rogers Street and Land Blvd. It is very close to the corner of our building. Now, a resident of the building is reporting that it shines very brightly directly into his bedroom. Please, what can be done to mitigate this, as it is affecting his quality of life? Thank you!
