    Cedar or cypress stump in front of newly installed large banner. Debris was been left on grass..Even if rubbish pickup by Village is Monday, today is Saturday..and does the Village maintain responsibility to remove rubbish from this location?

    There is a huge sign advertising the website: gcbirdsanctuary.org on the fence. A small tree has also been cut down, and there is a pile of branches on the curbline, with a lot of bagged debris just inside a gate. DID THE VILLAGE OR COUNTY APPROVE installation of this banner? It is 20 feet by 4 feet! I have personally received complaints from residents on Tanners Pond Road, but all I can do is say I am not involved whatsoever with this organization
