Nothing was secured, metal objects, water bottles and trash bags were flying off littering the roadway and creating hazards. See photo for truck and trailer numbers.

The last assessment was that I needed to request that the City clean out the connection at my main line. Where my main line connects into the city sewer line. The plumber unclogged my main line and ran a camera and the findings indicated that there was a backup at the city connection. Can I please request that someone come out to take a look and unclog this connection point?
