    There are Parking lot lights out at South San Francisco Courthouse along the main roadway that travels East to West on the property. In the upper 2 lots (that are bordered by Grand Ave), all but 2 of the lights are out. It’s a particular safety issue as there are many pockets of complete darkness where people loiter or do donuts - many in the surrounding neighborhoods use this property as a shortcut.

    Trees may also need to be trimmed in the upper lots as they hang over street lamps and directly onto roofs of cars.
